Your activity is always shared with your friends.

Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country they were purchased in. To redeem, your account's Country/Region setting must match the gift card's currency.

Digital gift cards are available in the US at select retailers. Physical cards are coming soon, check out our [Help Center](https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/41159846304279) for the latest on where to buy.

Your Discord gift card balance can be used to purchase things like Nitro, profile upgrades in the Shop, Server Boosts, and more. Go WILD! (responsibly, of course)

You can check your balance anytime under User Settings > Billing > Payment Methods in the desktop app or web browser.

**Typo?** Make sure you're entering the code exactly as shown on the back of the card.

**Platform pro tip.** Just a heads up, you can only view and spend your balance on the desktop app or web browser.

**Balance or redemption limit reached.** Your account may have reached its wallet balance or redemption limit.

**Wrong Country?** Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country they were purchased in. If your [Country/Region](https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/39799791912087-Country-Region-Setting) doesn't match the card's currency, redemption will be blocked. You can see what region your account is set to under Country/Region in User Settings > Billing > Payments.
