Scheduled-message creation is disabled in the default state.
In the comparisons, the composer and schedule command can check access and open a send-time picker.
The current client connects creation, list fetching, time or content updates, deletion, and attachment uploads to the scheduled-message store.
Both variants enable the feature, but the server-supplied scheduling limits are not present in the public raw row, so their limit difference remains unconfirmed.
