MurmurHash3 calculator
Computes the 32-bit MurmurHash3 value of a string and the remainder used for experiment rollouts.
Runs locally
Computes the 32-bit MurmurHash3 value of a string. It is the same hash the Discord client uses when it picks which servers an experiment rolls out to.
Leading and trailing spaces and letter case are hashed exactly as typed.
Type something and the hash value will appear here.
Build a rollout key
Enter the experiment hash key (or the experiment name) and a server ID to fill the box above in the form Discord hashes.
Two different strings can produce the same value, and the hash cannot be reversed reliably either. MurmurHash3 is a distribution hash, not a cryptographic one, so never use it to hide passwords or personal data.
